Delivery and Returns

After purchase Fantech maintains the right to accept return goods or not.

Any goods requested to be returned will be subject to a minimum stocking charge of 25%.

The restocking charge is dependent on the type of goods being returned.

Goods will only be accepted as returns, providing they are in the original perfect condition and are in their original packaging with all original documentation enclosed.

A higher restocking charge will be applied if goods are missing packaging.

Any goods returned contaminated with site dirt/grit etc. or show signs of being previously installed/wired will not be accepted for return.

The following information is required in order to process an application for returning purchased goods.

Once processed a returns order number will be assigned and provided. Returned goods will not be accepted without a correct returned goods number.

Manufacturers Guarantee
Supplied products are covered under a manufactures guarantee however all guarantees exclude faults caused by accident, physical damage, neglect, misuse, wear and tear or failure to fully follow installation and operation instructions.

Refund Exclusions
ALL goods made to order or bespoke items are deemed non-refundable.

Returned Goods Transport Costs
Any transport costs associated with the return of goods will not be covered.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods are delivered damaged please contact the Fantech Logistics and Warehouse team immediately upon the receipt of goods. If the delivery is outside of normal working hours and the goods must be offloaded from the delivery vehicle please ensure the goods are signed for as damaged, with a brief description of the damage (and photograph if possible). Please then contact Fantech ASAP.

Online Returns Policy
We recommend customers read fully our returns policy prior to making a purchase form our website, in order for our customers to be familiar with our policy on refunds and returns.
Purchased goods should be immediately inspected in order to ensure customers are fully satisfied. In accordance with EU consumer legislation there is a 14 day cooling off period for purchases made. Please note: This does not include any custom built purchases.
