A range of roof mounted centrifugal fans which are designed to handle clean, grease laden or contaminated air, whilst providing easy access for cleaning.

Features and Benefits
High Temperature
Motors are situated out of the air stream and are not effected by contaminates in the ventilated air. The range is suitable for a wide range of applications from contaminated air to elevated temperatures up to 120C.

Weather Resistance

Controllability
The Eltadrive range of inverters has been designed encompassing the latest technology and combining robustness with reliability. Using an inverter to control fans via sensors to reduce fan speed can provide significant cost-savings through lower energy consumption.
Warranty
Each CFHT has a 12 month warranty.
Specification
Casing
The all metal fan casing provides a long lasting and robust construction. The casings are manufactured from pregalvanised sheet steel. The wind band shall provide easy access for cleaning and maintenance. Units shall be suitable for mounting at angles up to 15 °.
Motors
Motors are to be flange/foot mounted totally enclosed metric type to IP55, with sealed for life bearings, standard industrial paint finish and Class F insulation to EN 60034-5. Motors shall besituated out of the air stream and are not effected by contaminates in the ventilated air. The range shall be suitable for a wide range of applications from contaminated air to elevated temperatures up to 120 ℃.
Impellers
Units shall have a free running impeller with 7 backwards curved blades made of sheet steel with surface protection provided by powder coating. The rotating, non-fluted diffuser shall generate high efficiency levels and favourable acoustic characteristics.
Control
Speed control shall be via Eltadrive VSD Eltadrive VSD IP20 or Switched IP66 shall provide precise motor control and energy savings. The Eltadrive range of inverters have been designed encompassing the latest technology and combining robustness with reliability. Using an inverter to control fans via sensors toreduce fan speed can provide significant cost-savings through lower energy consumption.
Quality Management
Units are to be designed and manufactured with procedures as defined in BS EN ISO 9001. All Clearflow CFHT units are to be tested to ISO 5801 (airside performance) and BS 848 Part 2 (sound performance).
